Turkish Ramadan Pide / Flat Bread


Preparation Time  : 10  to  20 minutes 

Cook Time : 15  to  30 minutes 

Total Time : 25  to 50 minutes 


 
Notes 📝

You can Add  250 ml Lukewarm water and 
250 ml Lukewarm Milk, instead of 500 ml Lukewarm Water.


(first use the water to Rehydrate the Dry yeast 
and  once Yeast begins to foam then add the milk and Continue the steps as mentioned )

You can Add Egg White to the Dough Mix as well.





Tips😎

Baking time depends on each oven ,once pide reached the desired colour(golden brown)take it out from the oven. 

 Once you take the Pide out from the Oven , Cover the Pide with a cloth this way your Flat Bread / Pide will be Soft and Velvety.

For the "Egg Wash" use Yogurt for extra flavour <<If you dont have Yogurt you can use milk instead>>

 Use Toasted Sesame Seeds , It gives a extra flavor and a crunch.
<<I didnt had Sesame Seeds or Nigella Seeds to Sprinkle on top lol>>
